Krampus Cross Country 10K Turn-by-Turn Directions

-Launch from the end of Barnard Ave onto Ecology Trail.

-Head uphill on Ecology Trail for just over 200 meters.

-Continue running on Ecology Trail past Inspiration Point.

-Veer RIGHT uphill towards Arguello on Ecology Trail (1/2 mile approx.)

-Cross Arguello via pedestrian crosswalk and continue running on Bay Area Ridge Trail.

-Cross Washington via pedestrian crosswalk and continue running on the right shoulder of Washington (1 mile approx.)

-Veer right onto Bay Area Ridge Trail and follow trail behind Nauman Rd and continue running on Bay Area Ridge Trail.

-Follow Bay Area Ridge Trail across Park Blvd. (1.49 miles approx.)

-Run for roughly 1/10th of a mile and you will see signs for the 5K turnaround and a course marshall.

-Veer RIGHT on Bay Area Ridge Trail and head towards Rob Hill Campground.

-Run along the trail on the LEFT side of Central Magazine Road towards Washington.

-Turn LEFT on the trail at Washington (2 miles approx.) and follow the trail past Immigrant Point Overlook.

-Continue running on Juan Bautista De Anza National Historic Trail running parallel to Washington towards Battery Caufield Road.

-Descend Battery Caufield via the trail on the right (2.4 miles approx.)

-Run for another 1/4 mile (approx) and turn LEFT at the pedestrian crosswalk and continue running on the trail that runs in front of the Merchant Marine Cemetery Vista Memorial.

-Descend the stairs and turn RIGHT onto Park Trail. Run to the end of Park Trail and you will see the turnaround point for the 10K and the 10K aid station.

-Turn around and head back the way you came!
